The indulgence is designed at the hotel’s acclaimed Harbour View Rooms and the suites; guests will celebrate their stay with a spade of sensory explorations while taking pride of place in the suite of supreme comfort, leaving guests the indelible memory that they have arrived in the right place. What’s more, one of the Harbour Suites has been specially designed with a display of The Macallan M Decanter - the 6 litre version of which, named Constantine, was one of the most expensive bottles of whisky ever sold and continues to hold the world record it created in 2013. Guests can admire the beauty of the bottle designed by famous French designer Fabien Baron and crafted by the French crystal purveyor, Lalique. After settling into the luxury accommodation, an exclusive visit to The Macallan Room beckons for an intimate tasting experience in the brand’s relaxing lounge at K11 Musea.

There, guests will delve into the stories of The Macallan's distillery while enjoying a dram or two of exceptional new expressions, including The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old and Double Cask 18 Years Old.  A wonderful journey will not be complete without a intricately curated souvenir with the Butterfly Room’s The Macallan-infused chocolates by Chef Holger Deh and 2 mini-bottles of The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years, hidden below the miniaturised Easter Elchies House, The Spiritual Home of The Macallan in Speyside.

Whisky and steak is the ultimate flavour combination, and HENRY’s Chef Nathan Green has prepared a whisky-pairing set dinner menu for two that is certain to delight the tastebuds. As the evening draws to a close, the journey will continue downstairs as The Macallan invites you to revel in the perfect nightcap with a specially created cocktail by the talented mixologists from DarkSide.

Returning to your room, guests can continue to enjoy everything that the Rosewood Hong Kong is famous for. Soaring over Victoria Harbour, the view is second to none, as lush topiary and the backdrop of the famous Hong Kong skyline envelopes the suite. As the urban din melts away in this sanctuary, guests are ensured of a most luxurious overnight stay before being awoken to breakfast for two to round off their stay in the unparalleled comfort and distinctive hospitality of the Rosewood Hong Kong.

About The Macallan
Founded in 1824, The Macallan is renowned worldwide for its extraordinary single malt whiskies. Their outstanding quality and distinctive character reveal the uncompromised excellence pursued by The Macallan since it was established by Alexander Reid, on a plateau above the River Spey in north-east Scotland.
In 2018, The Macallan opened a new chapter in its history with the launch of its award-winning Speyside distillery. Designed by internationally acclaimed architects to promote sustainability, the building takes inspiration from the surrounding ancient Scottish hills. It stands nearby Easter Elchies House, the Highland Manor built in 1700 which is The Macallan’s spiritual home and remains the heartbeat of The Macallan’s beautiful 485-acre Estate.
