Unleash a splash of colours and share the joy with friends at the “Breezy Summer” pop-up ticketing event at The Garage Bar on 28 July. To elevate the vibrant and romantic ambience, the signature truck will be decorated with balloons and lavender along with the eye-catching red tents, The Garage Bar will be filled with vivid hues in this summer, perfect for gatherings with friends and loved ones.
Toast with the besties with 90-minute free-flow Château de Berne Romance Rosé, and Four Pillars Gin with London Essence Tonic. The Château de Berne ‘Romance’ Rosé showcases the harmony of bright acidity and rich texture of fruitiness, highlighting the creamy strawberry notes with a hint of fresh basil, thyme and lavender. The fruity and aromatic Bloody Shiraz Gin from Four Pillars blends well with the London Essence Grapefruit & Rosemary Tonic, while the magical and dreamy colour hypes up the mood for Breezy Summer.
Savour the mouth-watering Grilled Seafood Platter with delicious and delicacies of King Prawn, New Zealand Rock Oyster Kilpatrick, Hokkaido Scallop, and Miso Marinated Norwegian Salmon. Extra perk of the exclusive Gin Workshop with a complimentary bottle of 90ml gin (value at HK$138) as takeaway gift is available for all pre-paid guests.

Chef de cuisine James Oakley from modern European restaurant and bar Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social has curated an exclusive 4-course set dinner menu for 2 persons. Guests can enjoy the dinner with 2 glasses of wines selected by Chief Mixologist Leo Ko, or a bottle of Château de Berne ‘Romance’ Rosé, France, 2020 to elevate the senses for this gastronomic experience. European-style delicacies highlights include Hand-dived Scallop Crudo, Slow-cooked Australian Lamb Rump, Coconut Almond Cake with Green Apple Sorbet, and more.
The 4-course wine pairing set dinner menu is priced at HK$958 net for 2 persons. The menu is available daily from 6:00pm – 10:00pm from now to 31 August 2022.
